3.Cucumber
This is a low-calorie vegetable that are reach in beta-carotene and fiber. It is a vegetable that contains 95% water, which means it’s a proper hydration way, especially during the hot days of Summer. You can use cucumbers in order to make your skin look more firm. Sunburns can be treated with some slices of cucumber placed on the affected area. Cucumbers have anti-inflammatory properties, as well as vitamin C, which is very good for your immune system. Because of their potassium content, cucumbers can reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes and even obesity.
